At Penn State Clothes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your Nittany Lions gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
